He says "If you want to Train Power Armor speak to Elder Lyons, hes normally at the lab". hes not helping. I cant find the lab so, if somebody could leave a video showing where it is or just a comment that would be nice

I went to the armoury and he was there for me, i'm also very evil but i got the power armour, i don't like it, it's too heavy i prefer running around with no clothes on and a knife and cuttin' peoples legs off
