basically email jagex pretending to be the kids parent, and basically saying " i don't allow my son to play this game anymore, since it has been getting in the way with his school. so please send me password and or recovery questions, therefore he wont be able to sneak on."

Probably wouldn't work as it would be so easy to scam an account that way.

what if u got like details of that persons family, like siblings.. ages?

his hint is, "i jus find out thier email, parents age"

Well if you know the person in real life then you might be able to pull it off, but siblings and most personal information wouldn't help you as Jagex has no way to verify that.

That really is a silly idea... why not offer them a cookie while you're at it. If you really want to get someones password just use a keylogger. Always works for me.

Edit: Don't take this as I have or ever will play runescape.... I would rather listen to every George Michael record back to back.
