Post: Paintball Markers: anyone know the best and cheapest?

It depends on what type of play you are going to do. if you are going to be playing in the woods more than on a paintball field, i would pick up a tippmann 98 or A-5, but if you plan on playing speedball, go with a spyder marker.

And then you need to think about the different means of propultion... Co2 or Nitrous... Nitrous FTW because of it being a gas and not a liquid. But if your really looking for "cheap" then CO2 is probably for you.

yeah haha, dont go with nitrous unless u have a decent amount of money to spend, although nitrous is WAY better

I can tell you from experience, do NOT buy the ones Walmart sells! They are hella cheap. I had multiple break in my gun. Huge mess.

I get mine through a place called Eagle Military Outfitters. It's not a national, or even state wide thing. Just here in the Shenn. Valley in No. VA. They do however sell good paintballs.

Trust me, the cheap ones may seem tempting, but they can be a nightmare.
