Me: Well, I paid £350 + £100 for insurance so I can play my PS3 whenever I want
Sony: I'm aware of that sir but it is a matter beyond our control, we are working hard on getting it fixed soon though
Me: I don't give a toss about you, all I care about is how Sony have deprived me of my daily gaming for the last 17 hours
Sony: As I said, I'm extremely sorry sir, its not a fault with your PS3, a lot of people have been experiencing this problem
Me: I don't think your hearing me, I don't care about anyone else, how is Sony going to rectify this problem, if I had an Xbox this would never had happened
Sony: I'm sure the console you mentioned has had similar problems before
Me: No, it hasn't, in fact I have got one (contradicted myself)
Sony: Sir, as I said, there is nothing I can do to help you in this matter, you just have to check back later
Me: I have been checking all ****ing day on twitter and playstation blog and no updates, I want my backwards compatibility, and I want linux, I don't want you to recall my 60GB so that it can be replaced by an inferior slim
Sony: Sir, I'm sure the problem will be rectified soon
Me: It better, **** OFF

I can't see the point of contacting sony there not going say anything other than were dealing with the problem now and a patch is gonna be released atleast your ps3 is not physically damaged in anyway also saying you've been deprived of gaming for 17 hours makes you sound as if it's the only thing you live for, which hopefully it's not.

haha. Xbox Live goes down every so often I remember once a couple months ago it was down for like 2 days.... yeah and we pay for live. Is that really the problem? is it the playstation network that went down or are you receiving an error on your actual playstation?
