Sony: Don't worry about it, we are looking into it now, and we hope to have regular service resumed as normal soon
Me: Well, I paid £350 + £100 for insurance so I can play my PS3 whenever I want
Sony: I'm aware of that sir but it is a matter beyond our control, we are working hard on getting it fixed soon though
Me: I don't give a toss about you, all I care about is how Sony have deprived me of my daily gaming for the last 17 hours
Sony: As I said, I'm extremely sorry sir, its not a fault with your PS3, a lot of people have been experiencing this problem
Me: I don't think your hearing me, I don't care about anyone else, how is Sony going to rectify this problem, if I had an Xbox this would never had happened
Sony: I'm sure the console you mentioned has had similar problems before
Me: No, it hasn't, in fact I have got one (contradicted myself)
Sony: Sir, as I said, there is nothing I can do to help you in this matter, you just have to check back later
Me: I have been checking all ****ing day on twitter and playstation blog and no updates, I want my backwards compatibility, and I want linux, I don't want you to recall my 60GB so that it can be replaced by an inferior slim
Sony: Sir, I'm sure the problem will be rectified soon
Me: It better, **** OFF
