This game is made by EA (Electronics Arts), one of the most famous gaming companies. There is actually a reason behind making this game free, and if I remember correctly,
that is because PC gamers complained of not getting Battlefield Bad Company as a computer version, so EA just decided to make a free game for them
When this game was first announced, so many people logged on the game website, that it crashed, and EA had to fix it lol. That's actually true, I read it in my friend's gaming magazine.
