Either way, my mom was, which made me happy aswell. Recently, went on vacation, and for a week he was gone. Anyways, his mom got sick. Not sure into details, I heard my mom and him argueing last night about it. When he came back a week ago, my mom had forgot to tell him about it. He's acusing my mom of not caring as if HIS mom wasn't important. My mom tried defending herself with no avail.

Today, I wake up for school, and my mother walks in with a weary, heartbroken face.

He wants us to move out. This has happened before, he says it sometimes as a joke, but he really does now. And so does HIS mom. I've been living here for 8 years, I'm 15, 16 year old sister, and have bonded with my 18 year old step brother. We are family, or to the extent at which I thought we were.

I need to know what to do guys, I'm not crying, because I know I will always be with my family; even through the roughest times.

EDIT: Guys, I can't go to a reliatives house. Firstly, I don't want to. My mom's side of the family lives in Albania(near greece) and I live in Cananda. Secondly, my fathers side is just a no. I haven't talked to him in 10 years so don't go down this route. My mother is currently out house shopping. I called my step-dad and he said it's not about me or anything.. they just are both agreeing it;'s not working out too well.

TBH you can't do much in a situation like this except cheer your mom up. My mom has had 1-2 boyfriends similar to this and after the split the first time (we moved out) things never were the same. Good luck in the future and I hope things go smooth between them.

You may not like what I have to say, but its between them and them alone. So have a day out with you're sister and step brother and maybe you're mother and step dad can work things out alone.

what i would do is ask any relatives or friends if you can stay in theirs for a bit, just untill your mum gets back on her feet!
