Ok it seems some people are unfamilar with how a bracket(bracketology) works.
1. You have 64 teams divided in to four sections, East,West, Midwest, South. Don't ask me shy there is no north..lol
2. Each team is "seeded" by the selection commity. (random old dudes)
3. The top four seeds are divided in to the four sections so that they would not play each other (if they all won every game) until the final four teams are left.
4. Every conference winner in the regular season gets an automatic "bid".
5. Then other teams are given at "at large" bid by the random old dudes on the commity
6. The "MArch Madness" starts this thursday as all of the seeds have been determined and who they are playing.
7. You get a bracket(shows all games for the whole tournament) and you pick a winner in every game all the way to the championship before any games are played.
8. A team wins they move to the next round. If you picked them to win then you get a point. More points for wins the farther in to the tournament they get.
9.A team you picks loses in the first round they get you no points and are out.
Its a lot about knowledge and mostly luck!
You must pick a final score of the championship game in case of a tie with someone else, that is always the tie breaker. I have seen brackets come down to a tie breaker hundreds of times.
