If i where you i would go for the first one.. Because it has a decent spec its not to expensive. I used to ride a DMR my self before moving to bmx and i personally had no problems with it and i rode it pretty hard. Also iv got lots of mates who ride them and swear by them 
Its up to you but from 5&half years riding experience i would go for the DMR..
+ If you could get it in 24inch go for that
