Honestly there isnt anything you can do apart from report it.

no i hate to say this but you ipod is gone no way of getting it back just steal somebody elses to make up for yours that what i do

WTF! Stealing someone else's ipod is just as bad. The person you stole off would feel just as you did when you lost yours.

Was the lock/locker destroyed? Or did there appear to be no signs of forced entry? If that's the case, then it's someone with your combo, if it was actually broken into, then sounds to me like you've got some really determined scumbag who's probably already sold it for drug money by now. No joke either. Happens at my gym lockers all the time, every time I go to school someone has gotten into my locker and stolen my pants, I just don't even keep them there anymore.

The locker was in the LOCKED sports locker room though.

If the principal finds out who stole, they will be on probation, someone i know stole an ipod and they caught him and he had probation for like 2 weeks.
