It'd be a dazzle which is SD not HD quality. A HD recorder or HD PVR costs more then double your budget

But still a dazzle is good to get a feel if you want to do recording and stuff without spending a lot, then if you enjoy it then you can splash out on one later

go on ebay buy 'pinnicle platinum dazzle capture card' it's the best one easy to intsall + rep if i helped.

You should get a easycap its like 10 dollars on ebay and its the same quality as a dazzle if you change your settings. Also with leftove money you can buy a new game

The only difference I believe with all the dazzles is the software which is included which you can *find* off the interent anyway

Very true. I have a dazzle platinum. Cheapish and practical to use. Make sure you buy the extras. There are lots of good videos on youtube telling you how to set it up. Good luck
