I try using anti-viruses but they never delete them they just fail to do shit.

Is there anyway i can completely wipe out my whole computer and restart like if it is out of the box.

Also after i possibly do that is there any free anti-virus that is actually efficient and deletes viruses.

do you know what viruses you have? You can always try and look for a method of removing them.

Windows vista does have a lot of issues though so that might be cause of your freezing. My wife had vista and her computer ran very slowly at times.

You can try downloading MalwareBytes and Spybot Search and Destroy to remove malware/spyware.

Half of the "anti viruses" you attempted to download probably just gave you even more viruses. You need to be more careful with what you put on your computer.

yea, that's true. What an awesome racket to build a virus and then build the removal tool... sell the removal tool for $40 and if no one removes it, use the virus as a dos. lol

to completely wipe your computer you need to have an os disc like xp disc,vista disc what ever you've been using. Easiest thing is to use the disc you used originally. than it will as you to wipe it or upgrade it or something???
