I try using anti-viruses but they never delete them they just fail to do shit.

Is there anyway i can completely wipe out my whole computer and restart like if it is out of the box.

Also after i possibly do that is there any free anti-virus that is actually efficient and deletes viruses.

Well first off what are the viruses names according to the computer. What kind of viruses are they? What programs do you use? And what have you been downloading/visiting in the past week?

Format your Hard drive. It will delete EVERYTHING. Including any viruses. But you will have to actually put your operating system back on it also. As it really does delete everything. And or use the discs and just restore. Then load all the drivers ect. back on to your computer. And for protection I used Norton but a lot of people say it sucks, but It blocks attacks sites and scans your system in the background daily. And it has blocked viruses and attacks on my computer cause it will pop up and tell you if it does. I think it's pretty good. Came on the computer when I got it but you can download it off warez-bb of course and I know its a safe download from there. Do you have a newer computer or what? Window's 7?

I never got a back up disc.

Also i've had these viruses for such a long amount of time. I thought they would just stop trying now my comp freezes every 30 mins and it feels as if people are controlling my comp. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! Im using vista

Ok if you don't have a windows disk then just do Factory Recovery. To do this shutdown your computer then turn it back on right when it is starting back up hit F2 i think. Depends on your computer it takes you to a menu. And there will be a option Full Factory Recovery hit enter on it and it will do its thing and restart. And your computer will be like when you bought it. EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED PROGRAMS, MEDIA ECT. Will be deleted also. Like new.

Dont download so much trash off the internet.

Before you go and do any drastic actions like formatting your Harddrive. Go to google and download Maleware bytes. Its a free program I used to clear viruses and worms of my laptop. It does work unlike those anti virus programs your computer comes equipped with.

Anyway, you will need to be more specific and such. What operating system do you use? What antivirus do you have? How many Hard drives on your Computer do you have? You might not have any disks if you have a small (about 11gb) second hard drive, in which your OS will be on. Norton sucks ass, both free and paid. For a free one I recommend AVG or Avira, you can find on Download.com. Don't, however, use more than one anti virus software. That does more harm than you might think. If you have spare money and often get viruses, I suggest you invest in kaspersky anti virus. Best one about. You can illegally get it but they tend to block the keys and sometimes leave you a few days without any protection. Using a torrent site for a "cracked" one might just do more harm than good. If you try the anti virus I mentioned and it still doesn't work, quote me back and answer the question and I will try and help you in a factory recovery.
