I went through this 'trial' aswell.

You have to get known,even if you're not premium. When I was non-premium,I had about 1.5k posts and 1k rep,so I was known. My name is not really hard to miss in the SB,because the way it's spelt.

Now,I'm premium and basically nearly every active member nearly knows me. I am also possibly known for my post count

I am friends with staff (not sure about all staff)

That's basically what you have to do man,just get known and you won't get blanked again.

I,personally never blank anyone,because I know how it feels to be blanked. I always try and answer if I can,but if it's something I'm a noob at,I won't answer.

I still get ignored by most n00bs. I don't discriminate. I hate being in the sb, saying something, getting no response, but as soon as a mod comes in, he gets his dick blown harder than kansas during tornado season. Only OG's really know me/talk to me. All the new people tend to be the ones sucking up. That's all it really comes down to and of course attention span. Like right now, I'm trying to see all the fuss is about over a vid Screamo made I think. I ask for a link, all the n00bs keep talking to hsx9 or go on about the vid. I've asked 3 times now.

You're so modest...

In the chat people mainly get into chats with other people.
So if i was having a conversation with somebody I would hardly look what others are saying, because I'm talking to 1 guy.
Many of people do this and it would be better if when you came into the shout box you looked who was online, Who was talking then say something like "hey everybody"

Not just "who wants to"
Because if you say Hi, People will see that and most likely respond.

Your not exactly getting ignored its just people are in their own world when they are talking in the shoutbox, They have their own conversation going or most likely really busy.

You never know, You might be saying it at wrong time when a mod gets you for spamming.

Like the mods may be busy, Then when ever they check the shoutbox the first thing they see is your question, Then go back to what they are doing.... Then come back into the shoutbox and see you asking the same question.

Its happened to me before, I know how it feel's lol, Just bad timing
