You can buy points from there too. 10 dollars USD is 30,000 points according to vPlaza so your rate of 10 dollars USD for 1 millions is actually a super good steal.

All i wanted to know on average if somebody had what ever amount of money to buy some vBux.. How much they would pay for 24million.

Well IF you were selling, it'd be smarter to sell them in increments of 1 million to different people. You'd be able to get more money that way. But if I was buying it all together, the most I'd give would be around $130

Since you have all that vbux you should really donate me 1M vbux so I could buy premium. You have 24M vbux so you cant say you dont have any lol Mr.Richie Rich
