that eliminates gay marriage. where do you stand on gay marriage? I myself am for gay marriage, i think its discrimanation.

Furthermore, No on 8 adds TONS of taxes if it passes. Most of the people who are making a huge fuss about this measure? PEOPLE UNDER 18 who DON'T pay taxes.
So to summarize, this measure is just to get the laws back to it's original state. The "title" of marriage is for men and women only. Gays have "domestic partnership", where the laws are completely the same in every way. Now that you know the facts, make a smartly based opinion on it.

dude, domestic partnership isnt the same as marriage. u wanna know whats really ****ed up? gays pay the exact same amount in taxes as anyone else yet they get less rights and a petty cover up called "domestic partnership" and about saying vote on 8 if your not 13 ur retarded. i didnt tell anyone what they should vote for. i told what prop 8 does. u wanna start flamming and shit. do what hanks saying and imagine you were gay, u wouldnt want some petty piece of shit thing called a parthnership...**** that.

I can see either way people want to defend this issue, but the main factor is that it just isn't right. I don't know how many people are actually gay, although maybe 99% (guess) are not.
