Ralph Nader- First president to legalize Marijuana and first president from the Independent party.

well, thats not entirely accurate. see, when the first president of the US was elected, George Washington, there was no Republican or Democratic party, or Whig Party, or any of the other parties. so he was technically independent, being on no party.
