Hells
I'm Back...
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); England U21 star Nedum Onuoha is ready to turn his back on the Three Lions and represent Nigeria in the World Cup.

The Manchester City defender was born in the African country but moved to the UK when he was seven.

He has been stalling on a decision on his international future to see what the likelihood was of him making a successful elevation into the senior ranks after being a member of the U21 squad that reached last summer's European Championship final.

IMO strip him of ever playing for england he should be proud to put the 3 lions on his chest the scum

:P he was born in nigeria, i see nothing wrong with playing football for his country. you cant call him a scum xD

and its obvious that hed have a higher chance of first team international football if he plays for Nigeria than England because of great defenders like Upson, Ferdinand and Terry (all of em are old but players like Cahill are still better than him) or in the right back like Brown and Johnson.

I completely agree with Sherrlock it would be easier for him to get first team international caps but training with England U21s would be a lot more helpful than training with Nigeria U21s

I disagree. If you are from another country like me then it is a very hard decision. I was born in Croatia, but I moved to the US when I was 5. I have always wondered if I played in the Olympics then who should I play for? I chose Croatia, my homeland. Not because I have anything against the US, but the pride of representing your country. He made a bold choice.

We agree to disagree. Winky Winky
