I use default southpaw I know its weird but its more comfortable for me.

default 10 sensivity... I tried going to tactical (since i drop shot alot) but it didn't work out lol.... im better drop shotting on default

ive tried but just not the same. i just changed the sensitivity up to 7.

Sensitivity: 6-9 (depending on what controller im using, one sticks so I cant aim for shi*)
Stick layout: Default
Button layout: Tactical (I dont drop shot but [rarely ever] its very handy to have ALL your characters movements in one location)

only one i will change to is tactical for dropshots. but im normally on the default with 7 sensitivity

I use default settings. Only problem i find is when drop shotting someone, it takes a little longer than if on tactical settings. Not as smooth so to speak!
