(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a PayPal Account with $45 on it; but no bank on it yet.

I wanna become Premium with it; but I CAN'T! -.-

Bullshit right?

**So, I have to wait 180 days to remove the money and withdraw it. -.-

I don't know much about paypal but couldn't you send someone who's paypal does work and is trusted $10 and get them to buy it. I know paypal lets you send money between accounts

I've tried; you can only send money when verified.

There's a website that bank verifies your Paypal for like $25 but I can't remember what it's called.

That's how I got mine verified in the US and I'm only like 16 without a bank account (an I am Premium).

Then get them to buy you premium

ya for a while i had a paypal with $28 on it and nothing to verify it with...
then someone finally made me premium
i still have that $28 on a paypal that i cant even use Not Happy or Sad
