My cousin(cousin) took a pic of her cousin(<---not my cousin) and in the back theres a person who looks like a little girl. she looks evil as hell. ill try to get it up on here and when i do it is not fake. neither my cousin or her cousin have a computer and besides its on a phone so you cant photoshop it. it creeped me out.

What I mean is that when there is a "ghost" in the background like the in the picture you showed, it is most likely a shadow that has a weird form. It is like the vase/kissing people drawing. If someone tells you it is a vase you will most likely see it as a vase vice versa

thats 1 weird shadow if it is one. i mean hair nd clothes...

do i believe in ghosts? absolutely 100% no. is there any physical proof of them whatsoever? nope. what happened in that photo is what is known as You must login or register to view this content., when one strip of film is exposed to light multiple times. Sometimes it happens accidentally and you get a ghostly effect like that.

its on a phone yo, how is there film? and noone in that family dresses like that nor lloks like that, so how would it make a person? (just curious not trying to be a prick)

there isn't, but digital photos can get messed up just as easily as a film photo. two pictures just got combined accidentally. also, it may not be a person. it could just be something else that looks like a person. the mind sometimes plays tricks on us by trying to make sense out of things. its like an optical illusion.
