It maybe fake because there is a pause in between when he threw the ball up and when it hit the child.

Yeah there is a frame missing.

F-a-k-e. Based on where it hit the girl, if it was a full weight one, she'd be bleeding outta the head and she wouldnt be able to get back up right after it hit her. 'Nuff said.

Although it would be hilarious if it was real, common sense dictates it's not. I can venture further into why if anybody can't figure it out for themselves.
