I agree with this, I personally hate people that make threads like this because well the poll shows who is most popular no matter what the question is. It always leaves people that do a great job as a moderator but aren't active in sb with 0 votes discouraging them. Take magglass for example, he is probably the most helpful admin because he takes care of our server. If anything is wrong, he comes on at ANY time of the day to fix it, he's also a genius, but nobody notices that.
Another example, Mighty Jebuz aka Glitcher works his ass off in vBookie, but piggy is more active in sb therefore more popular.
And Krunch, we wouldn't have a sotw without him but nobody even knows who he is!!
Threads like this make me go crazy, I think all our staff members are the nicest, except for me and ddo, we are jerks.

He has many attributes of being a moderator, but the one he lacks would probably be that he isn't active too often.
