(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, I was lurking around and i came across some interesting statistics although, I wasnt suprised much at the statistics of it although these stats may require you to think again if you are buying one of the consoles anyway here are some stats that I found.

This survey was taken over 500,000 people took this survey giving accurate statistics.

1st question: Has your console ever needed to be repaired or replaced due to fault?

360: 42%

PS3: 8%

Wii: Less than 1%

2nd: If so has your console needed to be repaired or replaced more than once?

360: 55%

PS3: 12%

Wii: 0%

3rd: If so has your console needed to be repaired or replaced more than two times?

360: 39%

PS3: 8%

Wii: 0%


4th: If so has your console needed to be repaired or replaced more than three times?

360: 12%

PS3: 2%

Wii: 0%

5th:If so has your console needed to be repaired or replaced more than four times?

PS3: 1%

Ok well this is my conclusion for these set of results.

The Xbox 360 clearly has the highest set of faults and issues although my reasoning for this is because when it first came out the "Red Ring of Death" was about and thousands of Xbox's had to be returned and this is why i think Xbox has a higher percentage in all of them. Although the PS3 faults and breakdowns are likely to have come from the PS3 equivlent "Yellow Light Of Death" so in conclusion if you buy a console GO FOR THE Wii! no only joking but this is an insight to the amount of issues with consoles at the moment.
