Dnb breaks are much better dnb all the way definitely. My problem with dubstep is that its far too slow you end up swaying to it at a rave. I can't go any slower than the tempo of drum and bass step which is at about a mid point between dnb and dubstep

The main problem for me is that all dubstep pretty much sounds the same with no real variant of tempo. In dnb there's so many variants of sub genre from liquid to jump up, dancefloor to jungle and I struggle to find another genre where where people are segregated between sub-genres so much.
Generally you get jump up people and liquid people and either hate the other's sub-genre.

I doubt you'll find another genre that has such a difference between sub genres.
