Why go Real Madrid? Every player who goes to that club is taking a step down. So what if they can offer 200k a week contracts. Other clubs can offer 50k or even less! 10k a week would do me. And for a footballer as patriotic as Rooney, I doubt he would ditch my beloved club Man U for Real Madrid. Rooney doesen't play football for the money. He plays it because he loves the sport. Anyway I am 100% sure that Rooney will not go Real Madrid.
