I saw in my email that the money I paid for it was refunded to my paypal... Hmm.. Why?

So I look and there's another email, from the guy who runs the company that was selling me the ps3 through eBay.

Here's the actual email:

Dear Will:

I regret to inform you that a tragic accident has occured prior to shipping your Sony Playstation 3. I was on my way down the stairs from our building here in Miami, Florida to give it to our UPS personel. I was carrying the box in my hands an unknown to me the box was not sealed. The console slipped out of the box falling about 2 stories to the ground and unfortunately was destroyed. I have refunded the entire amount including shipping to your paypal account. I am very sorry that this happend.

sucks for you og, but at least you got your money back. imagine not getting it back and still having to wait. worse couldve happened but it still sucks.

I'm just going to wait till saturday when I get my check and the money from ebay.. I'll have like $900... I'm just gonna buy one from the store. Every auction I see for the ps3s end up being about 300 anyways, I don't want to wait for shipping anymore.

Like Matt said, I had a ps3 about 10 months ago but it was taken back (it was my buddies) and I just havnt had the money to get one. Now I finally buy one and the mfer breaks it before I can even see it. So yeah I'm gonna just go buy one from the store.. I won't even care about $400 bucks a month down the road...
