I tried it on my house phone one time to see what happens and it showed it. I was a little freaked out then like 15 Mins ago I tried it on my number It was like 1 County away from where I actually live

You can call apple and tell them to track it if they have a tracking device. If not, it's best to cancel the plan. If you still can't find it after that, the cold truth is that you're probably not getting it back, sorry.
