Essentially this bill means that if ANYONE is suspected of downloading illegally their internet will be cut off, with no warnings or anything and without thinking of the consequences. BASICALLY, we are guilty until proven innocent.


NOT mine, heard about this bill and came across this whilst searching for more information on it, thought it was interesting and a few of you might like it.

It's a UK bill, so it doesn't affect me.

It's in the UK, and whilst it not affect you americans (etc) YET, chances are that if this happens, other countries with follow suit, and you know what that means
