This is Fatal Snipe here saying that i have heard some new news on the whole respawn entertainment thing. Sorry if my typings not great im on a phone..

As you know the two heads of Iw Jason West and Vince Zampalla were fired from Iw. After this they formed Respawn Entertainment, many devolpers and other workers have quit Iw and are suing, also they are joining Respawn Entertainment.

Recently, Respawn Entertainment announced that they are going to be starting there first project in late may and seeking funding from Electronic Arts. Currently the Ex-Iw owners own any creative rights to a Modern Warfare 3 or a viatnam era Game.

One of my friends who works at Ea says that Ea is going to fund Respawn and that Mw3 will be created by two Development Studios within Ea. My best guess is Respawn and Dice since those are the main 2 Ea development studios.

Facts:

Respawn is seeking finicial aid.

A quarter of Iw is now in Respawn

Iw staff is suing in excess of 500 milion dollars in rights and royaltys.

Mw3will be created not by activison.

The whole mw3 thing is just a rumore it hasn't been comfirmed yet. What is confirmed is that Actvision is trying to get creative rights over mw3 and stuff but if they can't then Respawn Entertainment and another company will make it. Repsawns First project is in late may. My best guess is that they will work on their falled Medal Of Honor Series until the class action law suit is figured out. My buddy at Ea says that Respawn is seeking financial help at Ea and if they make mw3 it will be with another devoloper and Ea best fps developer is DICE. So my best guess is Respawn and DICE make mw3 as long as activision doesn't win the class action lawsuit.

Treyarch fixes all the stupid glitches so thats why i like them, plus they listen to people!

ALL of this has been posted in the news section over the last month or so..... People need to check it out more. Also, this thread is not related to Modern Warfare 2.
