The problem with this is say if I am 19 and have sex with a 17 year old and I get ratted on, I am a sex offender. The system sometimes is bullshit

Sex offender laws are bullshit. Why can't I just walk into an elementary school and have unprotected sex with all the 5-15 year olds...

838 sex offenders in my area! LOL

Ironically enough, I've been to a few trick-o-treating in the past. Scary!

Exactly. And if your both under 18 then it's still considered illegal, but it's just set as Indecent Assault. Just depends on who rats first.

As for me, I only have seven in my area, and most of them have to do with failures to pay welfare.
