The universe is big, very big. Bigger than anyone here can possibly image.

Do you think we, as planet Earth, are the only fluke to have life on it?

Even if only 1% of galaxies had planets with similar conditions to Earth that still leaves billions apon billions of planets!

yea, i agree. maybe one point in time in the future, people could travel fast enough with a ship to take a one way trip beyond this universe.

Hmm maybe we were a mistake due to the Big Bang Theory. Maybe the explosion was a fluke?

by reading your post, i think you mistaken our solar system being the "universe". but we are one planet, in one solar system in one galaxy, in the entire universe.

among the universe, there are BILLIONS of galaxies, with TRILLIONS of stars, with BILLIONS of planets. there HAS to be at least bacteria on another planet, if not intelligent life. But i think a more interesting question is, what is outside of our universe? some say 'nothingness'. but the very fact of 'nothingness' existing makes it something....

yea thanks, now youre sort of getting to where im at. the reason being that i posted it is because it is something i would want to know and something that comes accross my mind and want to know what people believe is out there beyone our solar system and universe. their might be another galaxy with a solar system and a few more suns..

yea its highly possible. we've already found hundreds of planets. and we've found a lot that are very earth like. meaning that they have potential to support life.

yea thats true. maybe theyll be discovered in the later future when they figure how to travel maybe twice as fast through space.
