Post: AFC and NFC team to beat in 2010??

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I think the team to beat the this upcoming 2010 season will be the New York Jets. All their off-season moves have put a huge spark to that team. They were very close to going to the SB last year but i think with all the players they got on that team now they are the team to beat and can go to the SB in the AFC. The NFC is a tuffy. I might have to go with the Saints again but im not sure. They might go through a SB hangover or something. Only if Favre returns if i will choose the Vikings though. Cowboys are a great team but they won't make it to a SB with Tony Romo, he is a choke artist. Well now that i thought it through, i think the team to beat in the NFC and has a great chance to go to the SB would be the New Orlean Saints. I can't wait for this season to start, i bought a DeSean Jackson jersey and a Kevin Kolb jersey for 2 of our home games im going to this year. I think the Eagles will do fine with Kolb. Good Luck to everyones team this year!

Rep me please! :p

Hi, I don't like you
I think with all the moves the Jets made they set the expectations so high they are going to fall on their faces, SO much of their season depends on that maturation of Sanchez, who I think has a sophomore slump. If Kolb plays great and a few of those defensive players they drafted pan out I think the Eagles have a good chance to contend. By the way, asking for rep isn't the best way to go about receiving, usually tends to lead to getting negative rep, however, I can't -rep a fellow Philly sports fan.

I am liking the packers this season, rodgers has been steadily growing, and their defense is great.,

LOL I disagree completely. That defense will fall apart as usual Losing there BEST defensive player in Kampman. Not to mention Rodgers wont be able to throw because he will be on his back all game.

Very tough question, as my team, the 49ers have gotten alot better in the past 2 years, but i know if they make the play offs, there gonna lose 1st round,
Im thinking jets/ravens in the afc,
falcons/cowboys
im taking the underdogs (=

They got by pretty well last year and didn't have Kampman for most of it. However, the Corners are both old and will have trouble making it through a season without wearing down, albeit Woodson managed to and had a helluva season.

Packers are a great team. I just can't see them making it to the SB yet. Aaron Rodgers is a QB i wish the Eagles had. I can't wait to see how Kolb does this year and hope he is great. If our offense and defense plays well all year we will once again be a playoff team. But yeah, Eagles vs Packers, week 1 game will be a good one. Good luck to everyones team this year!

We might have our own Rodgers in Kolb. Same exact storyline, albeit Rodgers was hyped coming out of college not so much for Kolb. Both got drafted by teams where their QB situation was solidified. There is a resemblance, hopefully he pans out as well as Rodgers did for the Pack.

AKA Dfw2k7..
NFC(east)

Im an eagle fan.. and even though my team got shreded this year.. i have to stay faithful. Eagles all the way.. Kevin Kolb is going to prove millions wrong.

The Jets look GREAT on paper.. they made all of the right moves, but they have too many stars right now and way to many ego's.. i see another episode of t.o. when he was in philly happening there.
