Did I say that? No. Let me give you an example of what I mean. Fulham, shit players, good team. They play well together, England don't. Sure you can smack some nothing teams five or six nil in qualifying, but you're not a good enough "Team" to beat the best around. Brazil are a pretty good example of this also. Sure they have there super stars, but you have complete nobodies in the side as well. They just work well together.

Ronaldinho has been left out of the Brazilian preliminary 23-man-squad.

What about the Argies, they have left out Cambiasso and Zanetti!!!!

They still have Messi, whereas Brazil have lost their Alpha playmaker.
