That's exactly what I just told you. You were the one who made the mistake of thinking that the potential difference meant something in terms of lethality.
I'd like to see the police report about the man tasered . If it is true, that's a rare case and should be taken as the expected result.

Hertz is a measure of frequency, so I'm not sure what that has to do with anything.
It means that this transformer cycles 60 times a second if you knew what you were talking about you wouldn't have said that, google the man killed by a tasered, and The average person doesn't realize that it's the amperage not the voltage...they simply assume that high voltage is more likely to kill you they don't care about the amperage. It was said for the psychological benefit of noobs thinking it was more dangerous.
