I was at a party last night and everyone was getting pissed. But I was drinking stella and someone came up to me and told me it was known as "the wife beaters" drink?

Could anyone tell me if this is true? or if he was too drunk?

LOL, Stella gets you pissed quicker than many other drinks of the same percentage. Just something in it that does. I've been told that by a few people who don't know each other when I first started drinking it.
