Lol Food Technology is a waste of time but it was better than doing textiles that was the biggest load of shit ever, only class I enjoyed was Resistant Materials.

Food Tech generally isn't a waste of time. When you're living indipendantly, you'll have to cook for yourself at least once a day. Food Tech is generally good, but for making random shit like 'SouCou' or whatever, then it's a load of bollocks.

well, in our school we learn how to make easy stuff like pancakes and cookies, occassionally something a little harder like french fries. but generally it's easy stuff that we can probably already make. at least you're kinda learning, but anyway. i hate home ec.
