Ok If a man is sentenced and the judge said "You may make a statement. If it is true, I'll sentence you to four years in prison. If it is false, I'll sentence you to six years in prison. So the man made his statment but the man was released. What did that man say???

Oh gosh, ummm... I'll add on the obvious, and say no because he wasn't in the military and because he's still alive?

Edit: Ohhh, no because since he's still alive he wasn't killed while on military business?

Ill give you it but the answer was this No, it is not legal to bury people who are alive.
