Well yes Microsoft do buy out company's and game designers but that's business, are you saying that they should just do nothing to give themselves the market advantage. Sony has a wide enough market as it is I mean they are pretty much break even with Microsoft except Sony has a better reputation with there consoles lasting more than 3 months, the only time Sony's reputation was hurt was when all the old ps3 screwed up and would not play games because of a date error and that got fixed.

First off, you say everything bed about the Xbox 360, yet, you don't discuss the PS3's downsides. I'm not saying that I do not like the PS3, but I'm saying you should look at the pros and cons of each system before assuming the Xbox sucks JUST because you own a PS3.
