(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If i am under the age of 18 and i send dirty texts to a girl also under 18 (not a nude picture just message) is that illegal if she likes it? I didnt do this i was just wondering because me and my friend we re arguing about it.

Technically it is because she took the picture and sent it to you, which you probably looked at it. You have possession of child pornography

So you mean if I'm 15 and she is 19 or 20?
Then, SHE will get into trouble because she sent the minor child pornography. The age of consent varies from country to country.
