Well rucka is just mostly parodies so if you mean by original songs then yes Weird Al wins, but if you mean by parodies then nah its Rucka all the way!

Weird al has more sophistication in his. (If you undersrand what I mean)
But Rucka is just racist and very funny.
I'd say Rucka.

One of the downfalls (yet the most funny) is his racisim. I beleive he was taken to court because of racism for his song "Ching Chang Chong" but I am not sure. Either way rucka!
