Trolling is a art
Ask him why he keeps asking for food and money. Then when he tells you suggest a better solution to his problem. If he really needs money and food then suggest he gets a job. (That's if he is in 8th or higher.)

Just tell him he's really getting on your nerves and you best stop it or i'm gonna fall out with you. OR tell him some nerd has loads of money who you hate so he goes to him and bugs him >=]
