Well, personaly, I think we are doing a great job in afghanistan, as we have managed to fight off some of the taliban, allthough, the world has faced some major shocks from them... 9/11, the London bombings, and more... I think its kinda useless. Were there trying to help the citizens but were getting blow the F**k up because of terrorists. Were not helping them, were just getting our loved ones killed.

Well, if we think of it, logicly, we CANT win, we fight, kill them off, they blow up some building, more fighting, more dieing, till the russians get ticked off and kill tens of thousands of innocents,....

The Iraq war was pointless. We should have sent special operations to Afghanistan to kill off Al Quida/ Bin Laden and its leadership, and thats it.

I am going to admit, this Afghanistan/Iraq war has drained too much of our money, and it is looking like Vietnam. But, hopefully it will end all the terrorists attacks that have been happening all around the world, and we can possibly eventually make peace with the people in the Middle East.

you need constant patrols to stop insurgens planting IED's and too see if the civilians arent being harrased by the taliban
