no. if you watch the vid i posted here the man quotes "the javelin took out all 19 targets". it didnt miss once. it was mans fault why the javelin failed in ur vid. not the javelins.

yes. mw2 have done alot to improve the realism of their gameplay and weapon sounds and graphics. they did a great job with the javelin.
