Question 2) What is a Zebra's true colour?
A) Black with White stripes
B) White with Black stripes

Its simple as this Question 1 ~ they came at the same time god make a chicken with a fertile egg that hatched as a rooster.

Question 2 ~ it neither white with black or black with white its the new color Zebra [ploblem solved] =D

The egg came first. The first chicken would have been a hybrid of another 2 animals. It's evolution, they came from a common ancestor.

Zebras are white with black stripes if you shave their fur off I believe. Not too sure on that one though.
