Basically respond not just on the console but the whole thing overall, this includes which will last long, gameplay in certain games(CoD, exclusive games, etc), performance, etc.

My reason for even starting this is that I may be considering selling my PS3(alongside with MW2, W@W, UC2, and Burnout Paridise, Bluetooth, and controller) and buying a 360 with mw2(seeing as most of my friends at school got it and a lot of Youtube people do as well. Xbox 360 is much better, mostly because you can listen to music while in game, or the most obvious reason, party chat. You can talk to people on your friends list while you are in different games. Also the ability to create a custom avatar xD. I find that the connection on my 360 is better than on my ps3, aswell.

I'm pretty sure PS3 has avatars too, other than that I agree.

The thing about MW2 though, my friends and me included have all said that xbox is more of a challenge. The first time I ever played on a PS3 I played MW2. I was confused by the buttons being switch up and the thumbsticks in a different position, also the fact that the controller was smaller. However I still easily pulled off a 10 killstreak right off the bat with crappy kill streaks on. The big problem with xbox is the noobtubers, I have heard that there is far less on PS3.

Hacks should not even be brought up because PS3 has most of that already. Xbox isn't even infested with hacks anyways, I have only gotten into 2 speed games like 6 months ago, and one jtag game that had a bunch of hacks.

I like the controller for Xbox much better than PS3. Maybe its just the fact that I dont have much experience with the PS3 controller.

Not to be a backseat moderator, but there are literately like 20 threads on this same subject. Always ending up being closed.

Anyways PS3 will survive a longer period. When Xbox 360 will bring out new version of consoles within the upcoming years. If your not a tunnel vision person you would also see the bigger picture.

I have a PS3 but I loved the Gears of War on xbox.

I think they both have there advantages and disadvantages but I pefer the ps3, but saying this I hate fan boys
