My personal favorite is Nas, One Mic.:

Rap now SUCKS, it used to be more lyrical, and if you go listen to One Mic, you will feel hyped, this songs old, and it was made back when racism was more of an issue than it is now, and therefore, his lyrics are deep, and this songs very passionate and aggressive.
