It's 3D, without the glasses. It's hard to do for some, but I have always been able to do it. If you don't get it right away, try one of the not moving pictures below, they are a bit easier.

The video explains what to do. Personally, I find it easier to cross your eyes till you get the 3rd image in the middle and focus on that. It takes practice, not everyone will get it.

Yeah, it takes a while, some people just can't get it.

I love these! I've been addicted to them for the past couple of months. I've perfected watching movies and blinking while keeping my eyes crossed. I wouldn't do this prolonged in the dark though.

For those who are learning, I recommend focusing on your finger while it's close to your face and slowly move it towards the screen until one image overlaps the other.
