Well He'd be telling a Lie therefore making it grow but then it'd be him telling the truth therefore making it smaller again , But he did tell a lie in the first place so it'd grow again.
It's an endless cycle of growing and shrinking.

Well he's actually not lieing but his nose grows when he lies so it will possibly ruin everything inside him.

It means he's about to lie, so his nose will grow. If he doesn't lie, his nose will still grow for that lie.

Or, it is before the Blue Fairy cursed him, or after he had been returned to a real boy. You don't know if it is a lie.

I think it would stay still. Either that, or a hole will rip in the space/time continuum and he would get sucked through it =D
