PC. It's hard to take consoles seriously--paying for Xbox Live or that Playstation service that's coming out? Using controllers or motion controls? Paying physical money for avatars, gamer pictures, themes, and DLC? No thanks, I'd rather have mod support, superior graphics, access to the developer console, dedicated servers, superior input, cheaper games, and less regulation on third-party products. But if I had to choose, I'd say Xbox 360. The Wii's central focus is motion control, which is a gimmick, and the PS3 has very few games that interest me. Plus, I like playing with my friends, and most of my friends play Xbox, which is a drag due to the outrageous prices of console stuff. However, splitscreen helps a lot.
